Bandung Trip - Day 4 & 5

Phewww~~ I took quite a long time to finish the bandung trip entries..hahhaha~~ my bad...

Continue on day 4, we didnt do any visit..we just go for shopping at pasar baru..bought every single things on the list and some additional things..hahahha~ so not much pics taken..we went for shopping at 9am and went back to hotel at 2pm..pheww~~ tired with satisfaction..then we had our lundin (lunch+dinner) at the kiosk..wohoooo~ we tried different dishes..but i couldnt remember what did i had for lundin..huhuhu~

after eating, we get some rest at our room then we did the packing at night..hehe~ thank god..all bought items fitted just nice in the bags..what a relief..

on the last day, mom n i went to pasar baru...again..to do final last minute shopping cuz mom just realized that souvenirs bought were not enough for her frens..so we had to do a quick shopping..yeap..i was dragged along..haha~ we went to airport at 12 noon so we arrived there early..it was good though..cuz we had some problems managing the bagssssss (some of us have 4 bags/person)..finished settle everything just in time..phewwww again..hehehe

Well, i found that trip to bandung was a nice one...we went to almost all of the tourist spots..except for historical buildings..having dani as our driver was a bless..he didnt charge more than he quoted..plus he offered to send us to airport free of charge..if you want to visit bandung and need an honest driver..drop a msg..i'll email you his contact number..although i started to miss msia after the second day..i'd go here again with my family one day..n i plan to stay at kawah putih area for at least one night..they actually have kampung strawberry there (resort i guess..) will check on that before going there..hehehe~ n will do more shoppingssss at pasar baru...and will buy more snackssss at cibaduyut..and will go to kawah domas..yeap...these are the must-dos at bandung...and..will definitely stay at aston braga again...hohohoho~

Bandung Trip - Day 3

Ok..Let's move to day 3..hehehehe~

We went to Kawah Putih as early as 8am..It's quite far compared to tangkuban but the road are tolerable which is way better than tangkuban of course..hurm..according to Dani, kawah putih does not have much visitors as compared to tangkuban so the place is pretty pleasant cuz there was nobody will follow you asking you to buy the sourvenirs..Pheww~ it was a relief..One thing i love about kawah putith was the village that we passed through along the way...It was awesome!! the scenery, the weather, i dun hv a word to describe them..i was totally admired them...and another thing is the houses were colourful! haha~ i love 'em!!! FYI, some of the houses were made of bamboo..hehe..it's totally different from here..where only rich ppl can afford a house with bamboos...when i told Dani bout that..he just laughed! hahaha~ We went to pick strawberries later..it's so cheap it costed us about 30000rp/kg (~RM11/kg) only! kyaaaa~~ sugoiiii!!

After kawah putih, we went to cibaduyut..since some of us wanted to shop for leather products..my mom n i only shopped for snackss...hahaha~ we bought pisang sale goreng, tempe goreng, kacang sedap (i dunno the name..thats what i call it), keropok ikan tenggiri..the snacks were amazing!! we didnt buy so much cuz we were afraid that it didnt suit our taste..huhu~ wish we did buy more of them..cuz the snacks lasted for only a week after we arrived in Malaysia..huhu..After that, we went to jalan riau and toko tiga.. I didnt buy anything in jalan riau but bought 2 jeans at toko tiga..hohoho~

Bandung Trip - Day 2

huhuhu..i didnt update as promised...wuwuwu.. T_T ive been busy these days..sorting out my personal probs and others..thank Allah ive already settled two of em..

ok lets continue with the second day..we went to tangkuban parahu first..as early as 8am..hahaha~ however, tangkuban was not really pleasant as there were so many ppl following us to sell souvenirs..n the scenery was just nice..after that, we went to sari ater hot spring..i love the landscap! hehehe...after that we had lunch at kampung daun (it was suggested by my friend..) the place is amazing! but the journey to that place was terrible..cuz we have to go through small roads that have lots of corners n it's pretty deep inside the village on the mountain! Although the scenery and the food was amazing, i dont think i'll go there for the second time..hahahaha!lastly, we went for shopping at rumah mode and jalan dago..i personally think that the items there are somewhat similar as what we have in malaysia..n the price differences are not so big, so i didnt buy anything there...hehehe~

Bandung Trip - Part 1

hurm..been a while i didnt update anything..wuwuwuwu~ T_T too lazy...kyaaaaa~!!

Have you been to Bandung? Well..it's a nice country you know..the ppl are nice..the weather too..but I managed to stay excited for only 3 days..I already started to miss Malaysia on day 4..hahaha~

I went to Bandung on early march..for about 5 days..This trip was planned last year..It wasnt my plan actually..but when my mother asked me to accompany her (to go with her friends)..then i agreed..it was a lady's trip k..there were 8 of us..n most of em were around 40s to 50s..huhu~ Our flight was early in the morning..although we were late, we managed to board the flight on time...phewwww~~

We arrived there at 12.30 (bandung time)..then we rested at the hotel..i was so worried since we didnt have any contact there n we knew that it'd be expensive to use hotel's service for sightseeing..to add to the worry, i was chosen to be the leader of the trip... O_o whoaaaa~ so worry!! i found a contact number from one of the hotel's staff to rent a car...n i called that number..he quoted the price for avanza..it was about 600 000rp for 12 hrs sightseeing service..but at that time i was still unsure whether ive gotten the best price..so i decided to hold it first so that i could discuss with the others..but at the same time i prayed to Allah to get a better price..(i was sooooooooooooo nervous ya know!)

after getting some rest, we went to pasar baru..it was about 10-minutes walk only..we stayed at 2-room apartment at aston broga..if you plan to go to bandung..stay at this hotel! worth your money! trust me..the rate is quite expensive..so go for 'go holiday' promo by air asia k! it's inclusive hotel n flight ticket..hehehe~ btw, aston broga is similar to cititel..where a shopping complex is attached to the hotel..if you wish to try the experience watching movies at bandung..then you must stay here..the cinema is just at the second floor of the hotel..

we bought telekung n a pair of kain jahit manik..haha..on the first day! then we had our dinner at the kiosk..at the ground floor of the shopping complex...if im not mistaken la..

after dinner, when we was about to go back to our room..we met malaysian ppl..a group of men..they suggested this one supir (driver) to us..his name is dani..they told us that he gave the best price n hes also can be trusted..so i took his contact number from them..we chatted for a while, then we went back to our room..

later that night, i called dani..n he quoted me 450 000rp for a-day sightseeing using avanza and 600 000rp for a-day sightseeing using a van..i was like 'is this a wow?' i still wasnt so sure bout that..then i discussed with the others and they agreed to take him..

can i cont part 2 tomorrow..?wuwuwuwu~ T_T i'll write about the second day k...hehe
